Creating a Message Library #
Build a library of reusable messages:

General (apply to many products):

Message Order #
When multiple messages are assigned:
- Messages appear in the order they’re selected
- Each message is separated by spacing
- All messages share the same formatting
Best Practices #
Do:
- Keep individual messages focused on one topic
- Create reusable “general” messages
- Test how multiple messages look together
- Consider total email length
Don’t:
- Overwhelm customers with too many messages
- Repeat information across messages
- Make emails excessively long
Recommendation: 2-3 messages per status maximum.
