Identifying Conflicts #

Signs of a plugin conflict:

  • SPE suddenly stops working
  • Messages don’t appear after update
  • Errors in WooCommerce emails
  • Editor not loading

Finding the Conflicting Plugin #

  1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and SPE
  2. Test — Does SPE work now?
  3. Reactivate one by one — Test after each
  4. Identify the conflicting plugin

Common Conflicts #

Other email plugins:

  • Email Customizer for WooCommerce
  • YayMail
  • Kadence Email Designer
  • Custom WooCommerce Email Templates

Solution: Disable other email customizers

Caching plugins:

  • May cache email content incorrectly

Solution: Exclude WooCommerce emails from caching

Security plugins:

  • May block SPE functionality

Solution: Whitelist SPE in security settings

Reporting Conflicts #

When contacting support, include:

  • Conflicting plugin name and version
  • SPE version
  • WordPress and WooCommerce versions
  • Error messages (if any)
  • Steps to reproduce
