Transferring Your License

When to Transfer #

Transfer your license when:

• Moving to a new domain
• Migrating from staging to production
• Closing a site
• Rebuilding a site

Transfer Steps #

Step 1: Deactivate on old site

1. Go to WooCommerce → SPE PRO → License
2. Click Deactivate License
3. Confirm deactivation

Step 2: Activate on new site

1. Install SPE PRO on the new site
2. Go to WooCommerce → SPE PRO → License
3. Enter your license key
4. Click Activate License

Remote Deactivation #

If you can’t access the old site:

1. Log in at smartproductemails.com/my-account
2. Go to Licenses
3. Find the site to deactivate
4. Click Deactivate
