Check #1: Is the message assigned?
- Edit the product
- Verify an SPE Message is selected
- Save the product
Check #2: Is the correct status selected? (PRO)
- Verify the message is assigned to the correct order status
- Processing, On-Hold, Completed, or Refunded
Check #3: Did the order status change?
- WooCommerce emails are sent when status changes
- Creating an order in a status doesn’t trigger the email
- Change the status to trigger the email
Check #4: Clear caches
- Clear any caching plugins
- Clear object cache
- Clear browser cache
Messages Appearing in Wrong Emails #
Issue: Messages showing for products that aren’t in the order

- Check your message assignments
- Make sure messages are only assigned to intended products
