# Creating SPE Messages

### Creating a New Message

1. Go to **WooCommerce → SPE Messages**
2. Click **Add New Message**
3. Enter a descriptive title (internal use only)
4. Write your message content
5. Click **Publish**

### Message Content Best Practices

#### Keep It Relevant

Each message should focus on one product or product type. Include information that helps customers use, enjoy, or get value from their purchase.

#### Make It Scannable

- Use headings to organize content
- Keep paragraphs short (2-3 sentences)
- Use bullet points for lists
- Bold important information

#### Include Actionable Content

Give customers something to do:

- Links to setup guides
- Video tutorials
- Registration pages
- Support resources
