Finding Your License Key #
Your license key is available in two places:
- Purchase confirmation email — Sent immediately after purchase
- Your account dashboard — Log in at smartproductemails.com/my-account
License keys look like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Activating Your License #
- Go to WooCommerce → SPE PRO → License in your WordPress admin
- Enter your license key in the field provided
- Click Activate License
- You should see a green “Active” status
License Benefits #
An active license provides:
- ✅ All PRO features unlocked
- ✅ Automatic updates
- ✅ Priority support
- ✅ Access to support forums
Activation Limits #
Your license has activation limits based on your tier:

| Single Site | 1 site |
| 5-Site | 5 sites |
| Unlimited | Unlimited sites |
Managing Activations #
To view or manage your active sites:
- Log in at smartproductemails.com/my-account
- Go to Licenses
- View all activated sites
- Deactivate sites if needed
Deactivating a License #
If you need to move your license:
- Go to WooCommerce → SPE PRO → License
- Click Deactivate License
- The activation slot is freed up
- Activate on your new site
Troubleshooting Activation #
“License key is invalid”
- Check for typos or extra spaces
- Copy/paste directly from your email or account
“Activation limit reached”
- Deactivate from a site you no longer use
- Or upgrade your license tier
“Could not connect to license server”
- Check that cURL is enabled on your server
- Temporarily disable firewall/security plugins
- Try again in a few minutes
