Why Multiple Messages? #

With SPE PRO, you can assign multiple messages to a single product. This lets you:

  • Modularize content — Create reusable message blocks
  • Combine different types of info — Care instructions + warranty info + review request
  • A/B test — Try different messages to see what works
  • Seasonal content — Add/remove messages as needed

Creating a Message Library #

Build a library of reusable messages:

Product-Specific:

  • Product care instructions
  • Setup guides
  • Warranty information

General (apply to many products):

  • Review request
  • Loyalty program info
  • Referral discount
  • Newsletter signup

Message Order #

When multiple messages are assigned:

  • Messages appear in the order they’re selected
  • Each message is separated by spacing
  • All messages share the same formatting

Best Practices #

Do:

  • Keep individual messages focused on one topic
  • Create reusable “general” messages
  • Test how multiple messages look together
  • Consider total email length

Don’t:

  • Overwhelm customers with too many messages
  • Repeat information across messages
  • Make emails excessively long

Recommendation: 2-3 messages per status maximum.
