Automatic Renewal #
If auto-renewal is enabled:
- Charged automatically before expiration
- No interruption in service
- Receipt sent via email
Managing Auto-Renewal #
To cancel auto-renewal:
- Log in at smartproductemails.com/my-account
- Go to Subscriptions
- Click Cancel next to your subscription
- License remains active until expiration
Manual Renewal #
- You’ll receive reminder emails before expiration
- Log in to your account
- Click Renew next to your license
- Complete payment
