# Renewals & Billing

### License Duration

All SPE PRO licenses are **annual** (1 year) subscriptions.

### Automatic Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled:

- Charged automatically before expiration
- No interruption in service
- Receipt sent via email

### Managing Auto-Renewal

**To cancel auto-renewal:**

1. Log in at [smartproductemails.com/my-account](https://smartproductemails.com/my-account)
2. Go to **Subscriptions**
3. Click **Cancel** next to your subscription
4. License remains active until expiration

### Manual Renewal

1. You'll receive reminder emails before expiration
2. Log in to your account
3. Click **Renew** next to your license
4. Complete payment
