# What is Smart Product Emails?

Smart Product Emails (SPE) lets you add custom, product-specific messages to your WooCommerce order emails. Instead of sending the same generic order confirmation to every customer, you can include personalized content based on what they purchased.

### The Problem SPE Solves

By default, WooCommerce order emails include:
