Messages Not Appearing in Emails #

Check #1: Is the message assigned?

  1. Edit the product
  2. Verify an SPE Message is selected
  3. Save the product

Check #2: Is the correct status selected? (PRO)

  1. Verify the message is assigned to the correct order status
  2. Processing, On-Hold, Completed, or Refunded

Check #3: Did the order status change?

  • WooCommerce emails are sent when status changes
  • Creating an order in a status doesn’t trigger the email
  • Change the status to trigger the email

Check #4: Clear caches

  • Clear any caching plugins
  • Clear object cache
  • Clear browser cache

Messages Appearing in Wrong Emails #

Issue: Messages showing for products that aren’t in the order

Solution:

  1. Check your message assignments
  2. Make sure messages are only assigned to intended products
  3. Verify no bulk assignment errors

Formatting Issues #

Issue: Message formatting looks different in email vs. editor

Solutions:

  • Use simple formatting (bold, italic, lists)
  • Avoid complex HTML/CSS
  • Test in multiple email clients
  • Stick to web-safe fonts

Plugin Conflicts #

Issue: SPE not working after installing another plugin

Steps:

  1. Deactivate the new plugin
  2. Test if SPE works
  3. If yes, the plugins conflict
  4. Contact support with details
