Step 3: Verify Order Status (PRO) #
- Check which status the message is assigned to
- Ensure the order reached that status
- Status must change to trigger email
Step 4: Check Email Logs #
- Install an email logging plugin (e.g., WP Mail Log)
- Place a test order
- Check the logged email content
- Is the SPE Message present?
Step 5: Theme Conflicts #
- Switch to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Five)
- Test again
- If it works, your theme conflicts with SPE
